I will now be requiring a non-refundable deposit of $25 for all appointments. You may reschedule your appointment without penalty outside of 3 days notice. Cancellations within 3 days of your appointment will require a new appointment with a new deposit.✨
Your appointment will not be confirmed until you place the deposit. The deposit will go toward your service amount.
I completely understand things happen if it’s something serious you can come to me about it but please understand that this policy has been put in place to limit cancellations and keep my books flowing so that I am better able to service you.
This is for new clients and for current clients. Even if you never cancel a deposit still needs to be placed to hold your spot!
I will no longer accept payments in Venmo. Cash is STRONGLY PREFERRED and GREATLY appreciated when checking out for your service. There is a 711 directly across the street if you have to run over there I would be so grateful. I understand stopping at an ATM can sometimes be a pain but it would make things so much easier for me please. However, if you do need to use a card I have my machine set up BUT there is a $5 fee to use it. Gratuity can be left in cash or Venmo NOT on the card machine. Thank you💞

*No use of active products or retinol on your skin at least 4-6 days before your facial.
*If you are a new client please arrive 5-10 minutes before your service to fill out paper work.
*If you are running late I give a grace period of 5-10 minutes anything after that will cut into your service
